Process
✦ During the drawing process, you will receive updates and screenshots of how it's looking.✦ You can see the your commission progress at this link on Trello.✦ Deadline may vary depending on how complex is the piece and the queue, if there are other customers. Generally, your art will be ready in 1 week to 1 month, or even earlier.✦Please, don't rush me to finish your art. I'm a person with a life, needs, and other commitments. As I said, you will get updates on the progress of your piece. Requests regarding progress are totally fine, But don't be exagerated.✦ Large modifications should preferably be made during sketching, at most before rendering. After that, I will continue the art as it is (no refund). Minor changes can be made at any stage of the drawing before finished.
Use & Property
✦ My artworks are for personal use only.✦ I have rights over my arts. Please do not remove the signature or watermark, trace, copy or redistribute.✦ The customer has the right to repost the artwork, use as profile picture and upload in other sites (like Toyhouse) with proper credits for the creation.✦ I have the right to use my art for self-promotion, post on socials or portifolios.✦ If you are not comfortable with your commission being shown for any reason, please, let me know beforehand and I'll respect your wish.✦ DO NOT use in any way my art (commissioned or not) in AI TRAINING/GENERATING.Note: from May/2026, every commission will be processed through the anti-AI software Glaze before delivered to customer. This not affect the quality of the image.
Character Design
✦ After purchasing a character design (adopt) from me, you fully own it. Modify, remove and add things as much as you want. It's up for you if you want to gift, retrade or resell.✦ Nonetheless, give me credits for the original design.✦ That means if you modified your design and has a character profile on Toyhouse, don't remove me as "Creator"; instead add yourself or the other artist as a "Designer".
